Our treatments always contain some form of exercise – this is where you get long lasting change. An exercise program doesn’t have to be intimidating or a huge burden on your time, we always design programs with your busy schedule in mind. If you are already doing some form of regular exercise, we will always do our best to incorporate your home program into your existing routine. If you are not, we will do our very best to find something you enjoy that is effective and easy to stick too.

During the consultation we will go through a few different movements and establish a comfortable but challenging starting point and give you a few things to work on between appointments in your home exercise program.
Our exercises are simple to follow and most importantly, effective.
Rehabilitation Programs
Exercise rehab programs can include:
- Weight training – build strength, reduce pain
- Mobility – build or maintain flexibility
- Stability training – joint support
- Cardiovascular – aerobic capacity / “fitness”
Real Time Feedback
You will be set up with your very own, personalised exercise program via Physitrack, an app where you can log your sessions, see videos of your exercises and make comments. Your physio then gets real-time feedback on your progress and can adjust your next face-to-face session accordingly. Long gone are the days of getting a pre-prepared sheet of generic exercises that every patient gets!
