In Home Service

A huge benefit of being mobile and treating patients in their home is we get to assess the home environment, look for any obstacles or potential trip hazards and identify daily activities that can be improved in real time. We can then deliver our programs in the home, utilizing the obstacles and barriers to specifically improve function in these challenging spots. Whether it’s navigating a tricky step, a narrow footpath or tackling a flight of stairs, we can directly assist with these problems to bring improvements instantly.

Aging & Strength Training

It’s vital that as we age we maintain regular resistance based exercise. The benefits of lifting weights ranges from increasing bone mineral density, reducing muscle loss and improving heart health just to name a few. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete novice to exercise or very experienced, we always deliver the right dosing and suitable exercises to get you strong or keep you strong!

We work with patients with Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular disease, stroke and just to name a few.
